Funding
The Wisconsin Lions Foundation
touches thousands of lives. Club donations support the majority of
the Foundation’s projects. In addition, people outside Lionism
make contributions to our efforts. These take the form of memorials
for deceased friends and family members. The Foundation also receives
cash gifts to offset operational costs. Many people have been
impressed by its activities and have willed sums of money, securities,
or land. The Foundation has a
501 (c)(3) IRS tax status that allows donations to be deductible
from both state and federal taxes as allowed by law. To learn

Friends
of the Foundation
A
means for Lions, Lioness, Leos, Non-Lions, and groups to donate to
our Foundation to support our projects.
Sustaining
Membership Program
The
Sustaining Membership Program is for individual members who wish to
be identified as always supporting the Foundation and its programs.
Wall
of Honor
Building
for our future, one block at a time! Located inside the office of
the Wisconsin Lions Foundation is a 8' x 15' wall where you or your
Club can have your name permanently engraved on a solid oak wood
block.
Birch-Sturm Fellowship
The
Birch-Sturm Fellowship was created by the Foundation to honor those
individuals who EXEMPLIFY undying dedication and commitment to
Lionism.
Friends
and Honors Garden
The
Friends and Honor Garden is a beautiful flower, tree, and shrub
garden complete with trellis work and water fountain.
Major
Gift Giving
Through
your will, stocks, real estate, insurance, or outright gifts, you
can be a major gift giver supporting the projects of the Wisconsin
Lions Foundation. This will ensure that the Wisconsin Lions
continue to change lives long into the future.
Memorial/Honorarium
In
remembrance of, or to honor someone or an event. Money goes to the
Endowment Fund.
Only the
earned interest can be
used for the operation of the Foundation Programs.
