Wisconsin Lions Camp

Situated on 440 well-groomed acres with a 45-acre private lake, the Wisconsin Lions Camp encourages learning through outdoor recreational and educational activities. During our summer camp sessions we serve youth with mild cognitive disabilities and diabetes, as well as youth and adults who are Deaf and Hard of Hearing or Blind and Visually Impaired. There is no cost for attending any of the Summer Camp programs for qualified Wisconsin residents. The Wisconsin Lions Camp also provides Retreat and Conference Center programs from September through May.

Children's Vision Screening

The goal is to screen all children age 6 months through 18 years, with emphasis on children enrolled in daycare centers and preschools. The screening does not replace a professional eye exam.

Community Diabetes Education Project

To foster partnerships and provide best practice diabetes information and education to healthcare professionals and individuals with diabetes. This Project is made possible by a grant from LCIF.

Eyeglass Recycling Center

The Eyeglass Recycling Center is one of only 11 centers in the entire world. The center supplies glasses to Lions sight missions, and other non-profit organizations doing sight missions.  If you have glasses to donate mail them to:

Hearing Projects

Hearing Aid Program - Dedicated to providing help to the residents of Wisconsin that have impaired hearing, but cannot afford to purchase hearing aids. This Project is funded by the collection of used hearing aids by local Clubs.

Youth Projects

Youth Service Project Awards - The Foundation recognizes and encourages service learning by youth groups. A school or youth organization that carries out a service project may be recognized for their efforts by completing an application. This Project is a great way for Clubs to introduce Lionism to the youth of their community.

Quest - The Foundation sponsors teacher training workshops which utilize the extremely popular and timely Lions Quest Programs “Skills for Adolescence”, “Skills for Growing”, and “Skills for Action”.

Leo Day at Lions Camp - Leos develop leadership skills and enjoy fellowship in and among other Leo Clubs through seminars, speakers, challenge courses, and camping activities.
