Free Diabetes Educational DVDs

The following diabetes educational DVDs were created by the Wisconsin Lions Foundation, Inc., the Wisconsin Diabetes Prevention and Control Program, and other State partners.  The DVDs provide diabetes information and awareness.

English versions are closed captioned for the hearing impaired.  Two of the DVDs are offered in Spanish.
