Sustaining Membership Program

The Sustaining Membership Program is for individual members who wish to be identified as always supporting the Foundation and its programs.

Levels of Membership:

Bronze:

A one-time donation of just $50.00*. In addition to the title, members of this category receive a Red-trimmed lapel pin.

Silver:

A one-time donation of $100.00*. The member receives a Blue-trimmed lapel pin.

Gold**:

Reserved for those who have been Silver Sustaining Members for five consecutive years or who give a total donation of $500 all at once. This member also receives a special Gold Sustaining Membership lapel pin, an exclusive registration number, a plaque with their name and exclusive number engraved on it.

* Donation is separate from all other donations. Must be given all at once and is not cumulative.

**Gold status may be achieved immediately upon donation of $500.
